The orchids are dying. We need images showing the entire plants.

There are two possibilities, underwatering or overwatering. I would suspect underwatering in this case. They are just drying up due to little or no water.
In the Orchid Forums we have numerous threads dealing with Phalaenopsis care. It is the most talked about type of orchid. Please search out and read them all. Also read the "sticky" about Starting out with Supermarket Orchids-Phalaenopsis. There is lots of good information there.
If these were mine I would sacrifice the flowers and save the plant by repotting ASAP.
