Short and tubby lol have been contemplating a daylily diet. No more plants until I lose 10 lbs. It will help with my Spring planting. Each consecutive 10 another new awesome plant!
The doc told me it would be best if I lose weight. This isn't anything new but this yr I have Lupus and I am having more pain and stiffness.
Maybe we could start a dl lovers diet support thead. I am buying many more fruits and veggies.
