Teresa, I could buy a LOT of daylilies if I followed the 10-for-1 plan. With this MS and a slew of other stuff, slow stretching--like that in yoga--helps. And I also took basic Tai Chi from the community college. It is slow and gentle (for the most part) and helped a lot with balance and flexibility. But nothing I've tried yet is better than working in the yard, so dig that dirt, girl. And, when you are talking of salsa, go with the edible kind, too! The peppers will release endorphins--you might still be uncomfortable, but you will at least THINK you feel better!
