I took that picture in the botanical garden and I think its lavender. If I remember correctly I walked around to look at the label on the flower after I took the photo. It was in the herb section. I was surprised to see it looking so healthy in the triple digit weather Austin had last week. I never have success with lavender but then again I don't have a maintenance staff nor do I have a stream flowing through my backyard.
