I have one exactly like in the picture! That's pretty much my main "oven" in the shoffice! And with the temperature dial (vs one that is simply "low" or "high" like some are) would certainly allow you to choose your preferred temperature.

By the way, even brand new those units are only about $29.00 at Wally World. Not only good for following patrob's suggestion but great for cooking in so you don't have to heat up a whole oven just for a small casserole, chicken, etc, especially in the heat of summer when you don't want to give your AC a workout!

Shoe (who's started seeds in his kitchen stove before just using the light bulb...keep that in mind, too)
