I have had this cultivar for several years and it has done well here. It is very hardy in my northern garden. The blooms vary slightly in colour depending on the weather. The photos above show the variations that can be seen. I have not been able to set a pod on it, but the pollen is fertile. Also, it is the pollen parent on all four offspring listed in the database.
