So this is the first tray of Anthurium seedlings from my Mad Scientist experiment that are ready to separate and grow out. They have been potted into separate pots.

Now I have too look and choose those that look most promising of displaying characteristics that look different. Of course, I will grow ALL of these out, those I end up not wanting to keep for whatever reason, I will trade away or give to friends.

For now I have chosen 5 plants that I think are promising. Mainly because they have produced one or more leaves that look different from the Ovule parent (the plant I chose to hand pollinate and have make the seeds, in this case, Anthurium schlechtendalii, a huge growing bird nest type. It is always in bloom. Leaves on this mama are 4 ft)

These are the 5 I chose first for group one, because they have a few weird leaves. Some are randomly fenestrated (have natural holes in the middle of the leaf). A few have 'fish hook' or other oddly shaped leaves.
