As you've read from a lot of exchanges (both with you and among others if you've just been "listening in" to different threads), this group is really friendly and open. I guess that you had a bad first experience, but hopefully the subsequent interactions have been more enjoyable. As with any time two or more people get together (in person or just online), some friction may occur, often inadvertently or through misunderstandings. I'm really glad that you decided to stay on the site, and are joining in.
