Shorter tip cuttings with 2-4 leaves and a short stem with a single bare node root more readily than longer stem cuttings.
Do you plan to eventually move it to a pot with soil or some other medium?
Do you know that single stem cutting will always remain a single stem? To get a nice looking plant, multiple stems potted together is best.
