The botanical name is Codiaeum variegatum but there are many different cultivars with different leaf types. This link shows many different leaf types, one even called "Turkey Foot" and they list one as "Yellow Oak Leaf": http://www.burnettsnursery.com...

If you don't have the exact name of your cultivar you can put it in the location for C. variegatum and then move it at a later date.
