LOL, I saw bunches of the fluffy Dandelion heads somewhere yesterday! When Dandelions pop up in my lawn I usually pull them up and they go into the compost. I'm a southerner and I've had the leaves in salads before but I've never tried them cooked. I might have to give it a try sometime, a little olive oil, a few spices ...
