No, not tossing them out in the garden. Tossing them in milk jugs and tossing the jugs out in the cold.

I know weeds very well, thank you very much. A weed is something that pops up profusely where it's not wanted. How would you like to weed this every spring? Any seed that gets near soil in my yard sprouts. It must be those 25 years of compost!
