We have a wooden shed at one end of our rear driveway for housing the larger garden and yard tools.

For all my potting activity, my seated wheeled cart, wheelbarrow/wagon, I created this potting station in a wasted alcove behind our house at the other end of that rear driveway. I collected all the bits of concrete slabs and created a non-muddy walk-on, bought a cheap plastic event table, added some closet shelves and took 4 cinder blocks to create a work-height place for my potting soil. The slab the table sits on was already there when we bought the house. We think they had a BBQ cooker out there mounted on the brick to the right, based on two large drilled holes where something used to be mounted. I just set this up last month and can't believe I took FOUR YEARS to think of a useful way to utilize this area that had a hose bib. I can sit on my 360ยบ spinning bench and work at the table, or spin around to the potting soil without even standing up. When done with a project, I can grab the hose right there to my left and hose off the slab, the table and any spilled potting soil (which I always spill). I can tip down the wheelbarrow so easily and take it around the yard wherever needed. And my wheeled/seated garden cart comes out from under its weather cover for a spin to the front yard on my cemented garden paths we put in 4 years ago. All this was to accommodate my bad back that really doesn't let me bend and stoop much anymore. So far I'M LOVING IT and it had been so kind to my bad back!

Some new items, but very inexpensive or second hand; some recycled stuff we had. Smiling
