My herbs plus a few veggies still growing outside right now here in cold-winter TN (ha!) are rosemary, flat-leaf parsley, nepeta, onions, leeks, Swiss chard, bloody dock, spearmint, peppermint, chocolate mint, mojito mint (my fave), pineapple mint, mountain mint, oregano, and lemon balm. Sheesh ... I've never had it so good in winter.

I wadded the dead dill foliage into a ball and left it out there so I could pick it up and smell it from time to time (don't laugh). Luv dill. Green Grin!
I garden for the pollinators.
