How are dandelion greens cooked? I have always assumed they were pretty bitter, but of course, I've never even tried them. *Blush*

My husband has decided to try yet another diet, this one is called a "Paleo diet"- fashioned after what we might have eaten in the Paleolithic age. I am eating a lot of greens, lemme tell ya ...
In the end, only kindness matters.
