No, technically it is not an allergic reaction but the Dr. now has it on their records that I'm allergic to it & I have a medical bracelet & also have listed it as an allergy. It's a good drug which has been in use for a long time & also used for many, many years in Veterinary medicine. It just isn't a good drug for me. We just don't jive.
