I joined this swap a couple of years ago with only a couple of different kinds of seeds. First time swappers aren't expected to have piles of seeds yet.

Feel free to list older seeds as long as you put the year in the comments. Tomato seeds maintain viability a long time. Lettuce seeds don't usually last much over a year. You may be able to run a little germination test on a few of your seeds in the next couple of weeks, or find some info on the internet on expected viability, before deciding what to list.
