Okay.
Trim the spike back with sharp scissors or mini clippers.
Repot every two years.
Feed weakly every three months.
Bright window, NO direct sun.
Water it like every five days and make sure the water drains.

It should bloom easily but may require a night time temperature drop for 2 weeks in the fall of 10-15 degrees. In other words if it is always say 72 degrees where it grows year round, it may be reluctant to bloom.
