I found an interesting online plant store named Annie's Annuals and Perennials. At first I almost ordered online but then we decided to go there instead, since it was just in Richmond, CA.
I was really looking for some kniphofia plants, and they did have some wonderful selections, but my hubby being such a good "enabler" kept pointing to various other plants, so we ended up with 10 different plants with 3 kinds of kniphofia of course!
The plants I got are mostly drought tolerant and cold hardy, coz that is just how my garden is..and am glad to know a good source! And also we wanted plants for our daily garden visitors-the hummingbirds
Here's our haul:
Salvia subrotunda
Salvia iodantha 'Mexican fuschia'
Kniphofia hirsuta fire dance
Kniphofia caulescens
Kniphofia sarmentosa
Aeonium hierrense
Lamparanthus pink kaboom
Oscularia Caulescens
Verbescum bombyciferum
Euphorbia carasias dwarf
