Like you Allison, we sit up high, on a BIG hill right over the Ohio River. Lots of flooding in the area this year but it didn't affect our house.

We had 3 big cracks in our foundation which have been there for years. They got worse with the drought last year. Luckily I decided to have them fixed this year. Did it in early March as soon as the weather broke. If we hadn't, our basement would have flooded many times this year.

It's cold and cloudy today (68°). I was in a downpour on the way home from work. The yard got all wet again. I haven't been out in the yard yet today, haven't checked my plants.
