I'm ashamed to admit it, but I've traded dud zinnia & coneflower seeds before I knew to test. Marigold too. I hate to think I cheated someone, and would hope they would tell me so I don't make the same mistake twice. But I also know I got dud zinnia seed last year (not in this swap) and didn't say anything to the other person.
