There are so many truely excellent choices. But I have to say if you want big and TALL and fragrant trumpets the best is SILK ROAD. Fabulous, fabulous lily.

Another lily I truly love is RED ALERT. I have a stand of RED ALERT near my fenceline and when they bloom they are just stunning. Blooms face upward and outward.

I also love my speckled Tango lilies, there are a few different colors that one can get.

If you want short, try TRIDEX. Red lilies only about 18 inches tall.
