Tarev, those windows have shade screens on them, not sure if you are famiiliar with those in your area, but they block most the heat out, but do allow some bright light in. So it's not like full hot sun. I have shade screens on all my south facing windows. My house faces south. On the north I took all the shade screens off when I bought the house, because now that my citrus tree's have got bigger, the sun no longer hits those windows, except very, very, very late in the evening.
