@Lalambchop1 Ours are home-made, on the cheap, from our own plans. We didn't want them to leave for Nebraska (where more than a few local hoops have ended up), so we did a lot of reading ahead of time. It didn't hurt that the extension agents here and in the neighboring counties all have hoops. We started with the "practice" hoop (10'x12' - now known as "the melon hoop") and remodeled it at least once before doing the larger, garden hoop.
I didn't do a good job of taking construction photos, but here are a few pics to give you some ideas.
Just the ribs up. For the garden hoop, we used 2" PVC (overkill) and slipped it over and secured them to 1.5" (IIRC) PVC ground stakes that are driven 2-3' deep. (We get 60-70 mph winds, but we have heavy, clay soil. A different approach would probably be in order for a windy area with sandy soil.)
Some of the framing up.
Greenhouse film up. No door yet
On the right side of the picture, you can kind of see how the long sides roll up for ventilation.
Wintersowing results the winter before last. I wanted some bigger seedlings to take to the plant sale. I like how it worked out that time, but the mice took over this season
The inside of the melon hoop - with everything but melons in the picture
There usually are melon vines climbing up the cattle panels with melons hanging down (good for banging your head on).
