Daisy, Yes, that is why I did not continue anymore with the Sarracenias. My area does not have the humidity it needs. I did have them happy initially while in late Fall to Spring, but once summer came around...scorched dead. Good that you have a bog area there. That surely keeps your Sarracenias happy. Smiling And you have a greenhouse too, so your other carnivores are happily growing there.

I am quite content now with just the PInguiculas and Nepenthes.especially when there are flying insects around, Pings will love them, and I occasionally feed live spiders to my Nepenthes.
