Shishito are now one of my mainstays after trying it last year, thanks to Rita. My mouth is already watering for them sautéed in a little olive oil with sea salt. Great appetizer. My shishito's were extremely prolific last year, as were all my peppers last year...for the first time...I think keeping them in the greenhouse for the entire season made a big difference. I am probably going to pack my greenhouse with all peppers for this summer. Everything else will be planted outside.
