Thank you for posting this great tip! People should be very aware that many plants are toxic to cats and dogs and some plants are more toxic/poisonous than others. I think with certain plants the amount of damage to the animal would depend on the size of the animal and how much of the poisonous plant they have ingested. Plants with limited toxic qualities may only make a feline quite ill for a time with no lasting results but there are some plants that are highly toxic and can cause seizures and death. I'd advise anyone with pets to watch their animal friends and train them not to munch on foliage or blooms of any plant ... just to be on the safe side.
The ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) has lists of plants that are toxic to dogs, cats, horses etc. This is the link to the ASPCA list of plants that are toxic to felines:

If you click on a plant it will give the toxic ingredients as well as symptoms the animal may be exhibiting from ingesting parts of the plant.
