Hi Y'all, since there were requests for banana bread recipe to cook the frozen bananas, I thought I will share my mom's special recipe. She makes it every year for holidays. Even though it is mom's recipe, it is the absolute best banana bread ever!

Hope I typed it correctly. I read it couple of times.
After birthday, need large print and read around smudges on cookbook page! Favorite recipe!

After talk about banana bread, I ate last 2 pieces of zucchini bread with butter. I should have given it away like Sean said. The zucchini bread is not nearly as moist as this banana bread.
Maybe buttermilk adds flavor.
Winter weather=great time to bake bread
Enjoy! Smiling
