You have to do a number of things right for Amaryllis to bloom.

Throughout the spring and summer, they have to get lots of good sun light so they get lots of new leaves that will help restore the bulb.

In the fall, you have to let them get completely dried out so that all the leaves yellow and die back. Then, cut them off. Keep the soil completely dry for at least 8 weeks.

After that, do not repot them but water just once. At that point, they will produce either new leaves or a flower stem or both.

It is important to keep Amaryllis bulbs tightly potted throughout the year. Repotting often disrupts the flowering cycle.
