Shady Green Thumb, I live on the east side of the Trinity Bay (opposite Baytown ) I have lots of Plumeria cuttings and seed pods. Maybe you would have more luck growing them from seed which I would be more than happy to share with a fellow Texan plumeria lover! Lol I also belong to a really cool plant group and we have swaps every 6 months. We are having one in March.
