I have started my own tomatoes from seed for more than twenty years since I discovered heirloom/OP tomatoes (me tomatoes and Al Gore the internet).

My favorite seed sellers are: Tatianna's Tomatobase (not currently in business), Sandhillpreservation (excellent prices by a dedicated seed saver and seller) The Sample Seed Shop (very good seeds sold by a very good person), Knapp's Fresh Veggies, Tomato Grower's Supply. I have purchased from others in the past but narrowed it down to these. There are other good seed sellers but the first three mentioned are my go-to people.
