I don't drink store teas so not really sure what the differences are.
But I would guess the premium teas are better quality than the store teas. I tried searching for the answer but all I found was the differences between True Tea and Herbal Tea and why loose leaf tea is better than teabags.
The best teas are the ones you grow yourself they will be the freshest and highest quality and you know for sure what you are drinking.
