The plant sold by Annie's Annuals as Salvia wagneriana 'Frosty Kiss' is identical to the White Form of Salvia wagneriana. In our experience it is root hardy to 20 when established, but the flowers are burned off at something around 30 F. So for a winter bloomer it is really best in Zones 9 and above.
