I've done this for years - when I get a new plant in and don't have time to make my permanent stake. I also use this method when I dig cultivars and pot them for auctions or for bingo games at club. I always use a permanent market. Forks do not work for me - not enough room. The rounded part of the spoon is good - if the name is not that long.

Another question - how in the world do you get to add the little critters at the bottom of this page? I know that you do this on your profile page - but so far I'm either too dumb or not computer savy. (Didn't know where to ask this question)
