I loved the apple tree that came with my first house.
Am in the market this coming Fall for one for my current house.
I understand that Golden Delicious will self-pollinate (am pretty sure this is what my first one was), and I know it's OK for pies and for eating.
Since I have room for only one, it'll be one of those.
Some are more disease resistant and I have some research to do to order the right one.
