I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database!
Can't remember how many seeds I had, but zero germination on the first Dolissima Firenze planting. Planted the rest about a week and a half ago and think I have one maybe coming up. Germination on the Dolissima Fragolino was equally poor and came from a totally different source....Never did get any germination on my Aladdin orange petunia seeds, either.

Last year I had near 100% germination on petunias and wondered what the talk was about the difficulty germinating them. I had a ridiculous number of petunias and way too early. This year, I planted later and purposely planned for the same number of plants that I had last year. I wanted my baskets as floriforous as Joanne's and of course this year they are very slow and not germinating...go figure...???
