Margaret..you did not ask.. but this cake is so simple and it is fantastic

Ingredients
* 1 package butter yellow cake mix, plus ingredients the box mix calls for withnine extra egg
* 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, DRAINED
* 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, DRAINED
* 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
* 12 oz Cool Whip..I usually use one and a half
Instructions
1. Prepare cake batter according to the directions on the box.
2. Beat in the drained oranges until blended.
3. Pour into two greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans.
4. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and then transfer from the pans to wire racks to cool completely.
5. Combine the drained pineapple and dry vanilla pudding mix. YOU GOT TO BE QUICK AS IT THICKENS
6. Fold in the Cool Whip. ..don't over mix the stuff. It is weird it can un" puff" and lose it's whip
7. Spread some of the frosting on the top of one layer.
8. Then put the other layer of cake on top of that. Spread the remaining frosting on the top and sides of the cake
9. Store this cake in the refrigerator. Best cold
If you like..you can add a bit of coconut flakes to this
Notes
Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved
