Here's an off the wall possibility. Check out Gilmar in the data base. I got one of those several years ago, at Lowes, as a substitution for Minerva. I have to question whether or not your 2017 Minerva is a correct ID: It doesn't have the "star" appearance or the white edge that you expect in Minerva. There are several small-medium flowered ones that have the word "star" in them. If the size of your blooms are on the smaller size, It could be anyone of those. A few of the pass-alongs cultivars have local names that aren't even registered. Wish that I could be of more help.
