I put it in my morning coffee, on my oatmeal. Since your post I'm wondering about buying bulk cinnamon STICKS at the Asian and Latin markets here in Phoenix. Good value $$$. Wondering about sticking an entire stick into the dirt? Wonder if it would be too much *spice* for the roots? I'll give it a try.
