Closed electronicly 3 years ago on a house in Mn, just be careful that afterwards when you get DocuSign emails after you have already purchased, there was a scam going around for awhile,. After I purchased the house using the electronic method, I got some realistic DocuSign emails, called the realtor and title company first....yep it was a scam email.
