Thank you Margaret. I appreciate the compliment. I worked hard the last 5 years on the yard and have enjoyed it.

I have 18 eggs that I bought the other day. I plan on freezing 12. We don't eat a lot of eggs unless we make omelettes. Eggs in my house is a lot like milk; I only use it primarily as an ingredient in my cooking. I saw this and thought it was awesome. Thumbs up What a great way to keep things and not waste.

I think I am going to defrost a chuck roast. That can go in the crock pot to cook tomorrow with carrots, potatoes, celery and some mushrooms for dinner Saturday. No idea what's for dinner tomorrow. Have some left overs to eat up. It will be cool here today and tomorrow so maybe I can make some soup or chili. Thinking

Oh....here's a less blurry pic of the cacti flower. Uh, this a.m. when I opened the window blinds and saw it,I got all excited. I had bed-head and was still in my p.j.'s. and robe. I didn't want to be seen by the neighbors so I just dashed out the front door and snapped the pic and ran back in the house. *Blush* Hilarious! It came out a bit fuzzy. Here is a better pic I took AFTER I had a shower, and combed my hair and got dressed. Big Grin The detail is much better. Enjoy.
