Nope, really simple. Take small croissants, split in half, put mayo on, insert turkey and cheese, melt a bit of butter and add onion and garlic powder to the butter, pour over croissants and bake in 425 degree oven till cheese melts. Easy peasey! Hope you have enough coffee, it's in short supply here. I was lucky enough to snag a big one the other day, it should last a while. I don't drink much, just two cups in the morning.
Our local schools are delivering lunches to all the school kids at their homes using the buses. Neat, huh? The bus just stopped across the street. Going fishing today. The lake is my spiritual spot. I hope to bring home supper. nodding
