29 March Update!
It feels like some roots are forming. The leaves no longer need the orchid supports, so I'm removing them today. The yellow spot on leaf #2 has turned brown. No other changes. Doesn't look like it's getting worse hoping that the rot isn't running rampant underneath the medium.
