Great.. I was going to post that question... I'm not too sure how the world will be spinning for me then... but knowing the date makes it something to think about....I will try to get there...together with getting mothers garden up and going for the spring.. on one side or the other of Lake Jackson..and a trip across to New Orleans...on to the MS folks and grave sites I try to visit there.. and then Memphis.. well..I'll figure out some route...
Thanks JT.. for posting and all.... OH.. you'd asked about sprouting Passiflora seeds on one post.. I have some luck with a soak of
1 gal of water.. mix in 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide and stir... then mix in 1/4 cup of bleach...stir... and soak for a day and remove and plant.. don't use this after planting.. but you can douse the soil with it before planting also... to kill anything that might be a problem later ...I hope to have a bunch of seeds started... and then I'll have a spot to unload the bounty.. going to try some Hawaiian wood rose seeds this week.. and a bunch of passifloras and some old brug seeds.. and some I harvested here in December... oh..and another year of trying to get the stictocardia going.. and perhaps flowering this year... funny... if you research enough you can find someone saying something on all sides of an issue... as to how it happens... sprouting all a little late this year... but they should have something up by the gathering..
