I have grown the pink and mauve "corncockle" , but my favorite is the Agrostemma githago which has white flowers which look as if they have been embroidered with gold thread. The plant grows upright like a bachelor button plant and resembles bachelor button plants. The mauve and pink ones form mor spray like plants similar to annual baby breath.
