create a vaccine for it, in case someone was infected by a wild bat.

I'm not accusing them of intentionally creating or unleashing the virus.
That would be a war crime of the highest magnitude.

I don't understand why you want to discredit the paper.
They didn't accuse the government of wrongdoing.
They simply reported the facts of the situation.

I have definitely never said the paper didn't exist.

I have also already explained myself quite well and see no reason to do so again.
