Zero, zero and zero. Using a professional soil test as a guideline, my soil is already high in phosphorus and has plenty of calcium which is the main make up of bone meal. Any soil pH above 7.0 will not benefit from the addition of bone meal and mine is in the 8.0 range. If your soil test comes back needing these, bone meal is OK since it is a slow acting form of these chemicals. It will not provide a quick boost to plants. Since it is animal based, bone meal can attract pests and dogs.

In seedling containers I use soilless mix with a slow release fertilizer, so no extra is necessary. My planting holes get the soil that has been removed put back in. I treat my entire garden's soil as per soil tests indicate so nothing extra needs be put in with the plants. An nothing needs to be done for other garden plants for the same reason.

I know lots of people like to add this and that to assist but I am both too lazy and don't like to fix what isn't broken.
