Hey y'all! Been a while. Here with an update after some spring clean up and pruning.

Everything has come through winter nicely this year. Even my marginally hardy plants had minimal dieback. I did however have some trouble with rabbits. They specifically like munching my strawberry plants and snipping branches off my barberries to leave on the ground uneaten. Anyone know of a good food-safe way to deter them? I don't mind a bit of nibbling, but some of the damage actually set the plants back a lot.

On the fruit front, my new Yuzu Ichandrin citrus made it through winter without any special protection and only lost a few leaves! Pretty thrilled at the prospect of having my own citrus in MD. This is also the first season that my Silverberry (Elaeagnus) hedge is producing a crop of fruit! Seems they're finally mature enough. They're ripening up now and should be ready in the next couple weeks.

Hope y'all are staying safe and getting lots of garden time. <3
