As a manager with a shipping department, I agree with Corey that sometimes the clerks doing the packing simply don't recognize what is "good" to send out, especially if they are new to the job. It is entirely possible that HCG has a whole new staff. A big sudden turnover happens to the best of companies and it can negatively affect performance in ways not seen before. All that being said, definitely call them. I'd be willing to be $5
that their office will take care of the problem.
