I used to have Columnea 'Carnival' and it sure was a beautiful plant! I see that The Violet Barn, Kartuz Greenhouse and Logee's all carry it but I don't know if they ship to Canada or not:

Lyndon Lyon's Greenhouse carries C. 'Julia' but then again, I don't know if they ship to Canada.

You might be able to contact these companies via e-mail at their websites and ask if they perhaps ship to your area.
